F.I.T.

The contemporary trend in teamwork is to give the team the full responsibility for their mutual learning and development. Not the leader but each member of the team is engaged in his own learning. The core idea is an organisation decides to quit evaluation procedures. Instead, it invests in learning professionals toa take their learning in their own hands.

The F.I.T. is a Dutch acronym not literally translatable into English. Literally, it says evaluation is a matter of the team, not of the leader.

The application of Deep Evolvement lies in the fact that the presented methodology for team conversations is a layered procedure with the focus on personal, as well as professional, group and organisational development.

However badly systems are designed, humans make them work anyway.
